  I had an enjoyable time Saturday shopping at Albert's. I was met by Nicole who has an engaging smile making me feel comfortable immediately. I was hoping that she would be there to help me once again to find what I was looking for. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but she was patient and diligent in assisting me. Because she gets to know the customer's likes and dislikes, she was able to offer helpful suggestions. In the end, we designed the perfect piece that I can't wait to pick up on it's completion. Thanks Nicole.

  Derek and Christine were extremely helpful when my wife and I came into the store. The were very patient with us and helped us to get what we were looking for in our price range (with a little help from their manager Shawn). All three were very friendly and I would recommend anyone work with them when looking for jewelry.

  I called about my Account. I was extremely Grateful for getting connected to Dawn to settle my Account. Dawn was VERY Helpful, Nice, Empathetic..... I can go on and on with nothing but Great things to say about Dawn. There are very few Representatives like Dawn that make you feel as if you are speaking to a Friend to Help you. Dawn took all the Discomfort that usually comes with calling any Companies Credit Department. Thank you Dawn for helping me and for your words of Encouragement!

  I have to admit, this was a buying experience I'd never expected. Sue, Nicole, Yvonne and everyone else there were so nice and helpful. I even met Josh, the owner, and taliked with him. I got the star treatment and left the store with a bag of good things. I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone who wants a pleasant, no pressure jewelry buying experience.

  It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Danielle and Yvonne. Danielle provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door and through each step of my purchase. She made sure I understood the three C's and how diamonds are priced based on size brackets and shape. I felt like I was making an informed decision based on the knowledge she shared with me. Both ladies were very easy to work with and very personable. I was given a very fair price on my trade which allowed me to afford the diamond I wanted. I look forward to doing all of my fine jewelry purchases with Alberts.
